2. Data we collect

When you send the contact / free quote form we collect:

  • your name and email address (required);
  • your phone number (optional);
  • the service you are interested in and your message;
  • a record of your consent: the date and time you accepted this policy and the policy version.

For security purposes — preventing spam and abuse of the form — technical data such as your IP address and browser information is processed by our anti-bot and rate-limiting systems. This technical data is not stored together with your enquiry.

Please do not include special categories of data (for example, health data) in your message. If you provide data about another person, you confirm that you have their permission to do so.

3. Purposes

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare and send the quote you request.
  • To protect the website and the form against spam, bots and abuse.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.

4. Legal basis

  • Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the checkbox before sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
  • Pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), when you ask us for a quote.
  • Our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), for the anti-spam and security processing described above.

5. How long we keep your data

Contact form enquiries are kept for 24 months from the date they are received and are then deleted. If your enquiry leads to a contract, the data needed to perform it will be kept for as long as the contract lasts and afterwards for the periods required by law.

6. Recipients and processors

We do not disclose your data to third parties except where required by law. We use the following service providers, which process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, the database where form enquiries are stored (configured in Cloudflare's EU jurisdiction, so the data is stored within the European Union), bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), rate limiting and cookieless website analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
  • [EMAIL NOTIFICATION PROVIDER] — delivery of email notifications about new enquiries.

7. International transfers

Cloudflare operates a global network and is headquartered in the United States, so some processing (for example, delivering pages and security checks) may take place outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are covered by Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum, which incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • erase your data;
  • object to processing;
  • restrict processing;
  • data portability;
  • withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise your rights, contact us by email () or by post at our registered address, indicating the right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to verify your identity. We will reply within one month, which may be extended in the cases provided for by law.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

If you consider that your data has not been processed lawfully, you can lodge a complaint with theAgencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD): aepd.es.

10. Minors

This website is not aimed at children. Persons under 14 must not send us personal data through the contact form.

11. Security and accuracy

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to the database. Please keep the information you give us accurate and up to date.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or technical changes. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
